Dulin takes HT-28 command

NAVAL AIR STATION WHITING FIELD, Fla. – Cmdr. Robert Dulin has taken over command of Helicopter Training Squadron TWENTY-EIGHT from Lt. Col. Cory DeKraai. The change of command ceremony was held earlier this month at the NAS Whiting Field Atrium building. DeKraai, who earned his wings of gold in 1999, held the post for 15 months.
