Staubach and NASP football

Say the name Roger Staubach and you think Dallas Cowboys, Super Bowl and Hall of Fame. But what’s lesser known is that between his time in the Navy and his time with the Cowboys, he was a quarterback for the Pensacola Goshawks, a team fielded by Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., that played mid-level college opponents.
